    A Mexican Chef with sommelier and pairing studies, Graciela is the founder and owner of a México City cooking studio that focuses on teaching traditional Mexican dishes with a strong culinary history. She is a Cybernetic and Systems Engineer by profession, a marketeer by experience and recognized as a passionate champion of the ancient traditions of México’s cuisine.
    Montaño is a certified sommelier and an expert tequila taster who promotes, through traditional dishes and street-popular classics, Méxicos´s culinary history. Her latest projects involve pairing Fashion and Art Murals with Mexican gastronomy. She graduated from Colegio Superior de Gastronomía and México´s “Cocina y Cultura Alimentaria” program from ENAH, Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia. In 2013 Graciela began hosting ""Tu Cocina"", a weekly television show on México City’s open cultural channel Once TV, where masters of the culinary arts share their techniques and secrets.
