    In the bay of Llafranc, in the heart of the Costa Brava, the family business with more than 50 years of history and three generations at the forefront. With the security offered by having the backing of a well-established restaurant, since the year 2000 Quim and Maria Casellas have taken over the reins of a restaurant, that until that moment, had remained in the background. The six months closing break of the business allowed Quim Casellas to acquire culinary inspiration from the hand of Jean Luc Figueras and Joan Piqué, among others. And so, with notes in hand, Quim was busy updating his menu, while his sister raised the bar of service in the room.
